Ingredient
½ pound Taro peeled
1 cup of sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup of purified water

Total Cooking time 10 minutes

1.	Chop taro into dices
2.	Fry in deep oil until crisp and golden brown
3.	Place fried taro into platter
4.	Boil water for 5 minutes then add salt and sugar, wait another 5 minutes
5.	Place taro into pan, then sugar with stick to your taro like snow.</description>
